2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Cleanup-Busters are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing is based on the information provided by the client at the time of the quote, including waste type, volume, location, and project scope. If actual conditions differ materially from those described, we reserve the right to adjust pricing with written notice.
Supply pickup and delivery services are priced at a base rate for truck and driver plus a per-kilometre charge, as specified in the service quote.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Scheduled services (waste collection, bin swaps, equipment delivery) will be performed on the dates and times agreed upon in the service contract or confirmed schedule. We make every reasonable effort to maintain the agreed schedule but are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, road conditions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in the individual service quote, proposal, or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 60 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.
